"Veins Will Think"

To be consumed can be like a trip to the ocean on a July day, or like a dreaded ride to the dentist. Consumption is what is taken in and what is received. It can be a commitment, but a promise should not burden one's life with the swallowing of regret. What is being said is what is heard, only the one who knows what is true. Falsity dies as rootless flowers do, but truth grows forever...the roots are there. Just dig. The past will grow.
